I LOVE living in Bismarck, North Dakota! I love being outdoors, whether it's hunting, fishing, biking, hiking, sledding, skating or skiing, I think most places in the Upper Midwest are pretty healthy places to live, but we didn't make the list on today's SURVEY OF THE DAY:
