FLASH FLOOD WATCH UNTIL TUESDAY-7AM

The National Weather Service has issues a FLASH FLOOD WATCH until 7 AM CST - Tuesday. A line of severe weather will be moving through the area and the conditions for severe storms and heavy rain is possible for tonight.

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a
Flash Flood Watch for portions of south central North Dakota
and southwest North Dakota... including the following
counties... in south central North Dakota... Burleigh... Emmons...
Grant... McLean... Mercer... Morton... Oliver... Sheridan and
Sioux. In southwest North Dakota... Adams... Bowman... Dunn...
Hettinger... slope and Stark.

* Through Tuesday morning

* forecast rainfall amounts of 1 t0 2 inches in under 3
hours... over areas with already saturated soils from earlier
rainfall.

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. A flash flood can be deadly. Monitor forecasts
and be prepared to move quickly to higher ground should flash
flood warnings be issued.
