Death of Man in Mandan Marina Ruled Accidental

MANDAN, N.D. (AP) — Mandan police are treating the death of a man in Lakewood Marina as an accident.

Authorities say the 23-year-old man jumped off a pontoon while swimming with friends on Saturday night and did not resurface. He was unresponsive when his friends pulled him from the water, and he was later pronounced dead at a Bismarck hospital.

Police did not immediately release the man's name.
