Construction Delayed On New Pizza Place in Bismarck
According to KFYR-TV Old Chicago Pizza's construction has been delayed. Developer Randall Rhone had planned to have the plaza completed in the first quarter of 2020. The construction workers still haven't broke ground, so the project will be pushed back. Rhone plans to build Old Chicago Pizza on the piece of land on Trenton Drive across from the I-94 Exxon gas station. The plaza will be an 11,000 square foot strip mall and Old Chicago will be 5,000 square feet. The realtor for the strip mall Les Kern says multiple people have shown interest in renting. Old Chicago will be a great addition to the northeast side of Bismarck. There's definitely a lot of choices to get pizza from.
