Cole Swindell Brings Love Story Full Circle in ‘All of It’ Video
Cole Swindell is giving fans plenty of reasons to be excited about his upcoming album, All of It. He's just released a conceptual video for the project's title song, completing a story that he began in the video for the album's first single, "Break Up in the End."
Directed by Sam Siske, Swindell's "All of It" continues the story of a romance that the protagonist does not regret, despite its ups and downs. He's been telling the story across multiple videos, and now he's brought it full circle in the final installment. Click play on the video above to see whether there's a happy ending.
Swindell is emphasizing more emotion and less party with his new tracks, and he's also let fans hear “Somebody’s Been Drinking” and “Love You Too Late" from the new album, as well as "The Ones Who Got Me Here." He's also revealed that one of the new songs, "Dad's Old Number," is a tribute to his late father.
“I've lived a little longer now and been through things. I've learned that it's okay to have a song that isn't a party song or an uptempo song. Now that I have people's attention, I can release songs like 'You Should Be Here' and 'Break Up in the End' and show people that there's a different side," Swindell explained to Taste of Country and other media in July. "I'm thankful that I get to release songs that mean stuff to people."
All of It drops on Friday (Aug. 18), and Swindell is gearing up for a massive launch week. On Monday (Aug. 13) he will perform at a special album release party at Whiskey Jam in Nashville. That Friday (Aug. 17) will find him in New York City, where he'll perform on the Plaza at Rockefeller Center as part of NBC’s Citi Concert Series on the Today Show.
Swindell will head to St. Louis, Mo., to launch his six-date All of It Tour that same night, bringing his new music directly to fans through a series of special performances. Fans who miss those exclusive dates can catch him on the Reason to Drink…Another Tour, which kicks off Oct. 4 in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and features Dustin Lynch and Lauren Alaina.
