Check Out This Christmas Light Show That Is Uniquely North Dakota
It seems like people are going more and more all out with their Christmas lights every year.
Not only that, but technology continues to evolve in all aspects of our lives including Christmas lights. Some of the blinking light displays that my neighbors now have must of cost a pretty penny.
You will occasionally find Christmas light displays across Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln that have synchronized to music. They even come with their own FM radio frequency. Check out this display in Lincoln, North Dakota that I showed you last week here.
Now, we are seeing more and more Christmas light displays paying tribute to their favorite sports teams.
I know I had a Christmas tree back in the day that paid tribute to my favorite football team, the Minnesota Vikings, complete with purple bulbs and lights.
People are taking that one step further with their outdoor Christmas light displays. Let's face it, when it comes to college sports in North Dakota, two teams rule supreme. North Dakota State University football, and the University of North Dakota hockey.
Well, one house in South Grand Forks, North Dakota took it up a notch with their favorite hockey team (University of North Dakota ).
Check out this tribute to the Fighting Hawks and the Fighting Sioux. Make sure you have the SOUND UP!
Pretty spectacular. If you are a UND fan and maybe you will be spending some time in Grand Forks over the holidays, you can see this house in person at 2094 43rd Ave South in Grand Forks.
The lights will be on every evening now through New Year's from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
