Dakota Access Pipeline Protest

There are plenty of opinions of the force used Thursday to remove Dakota Access Pipeline protesters. And the opinions vary on who you talk to or what you see on social media.

One case involves four bison, the other involves two cows that were killed and then burned.More cattle were killed in Sioux County and Morton according to authorities.

This is a developing story, according to various reports, after a very tense day at the site of the protest, shots were fired this evening.

There is a sense, a confrontation is imminent between authorities and the Dakota Access Pipeline protesters.

After a call for backup from various state agencies from around the Midwest, and after a dangerous weekend at the Dakota Access Pipeline construction area, Morton County officials have once again established a road block on State Highway 1806.

Officers flying in a helicopter over the Dakota Access Pipeline Sunday morning (Oct.23rd) say they fear for their lives as a drone approached the chopper in a threatening manner.
