Let me first start off by saying that I am 100% pro law enforcement.

If a police officer asks me to sit, stand or kneel for any reason, you can bet I will comply.  However, you have to question how a situation was handled this past weekend in Bismarck.  The incident happened right in front of Travis Luger's home in Bismarck and was all caught on his Ring Door video.

Now, we certainly don't know the context of what may have happened before the video.

I certainly acknowledge that.   According to the Bismarck Tribune, the two Bismarck officers are now being investigated for what happened.  At the time of this article, they have not been reprimanded for their actions.

In the video, which is laced with profanity, so WARNING if you decide to watch.  You can see the officers pulling over a man riding a longboard, a larger version of skateboard.  Apparently, what he was doing was illegal.  This took place shortly before 12:30 am in the 1300 block of North 11th street. The longboard rider was 32 year old Seth Voegele of Mandan.  In the video, the police officers have a conversation with the man and tried to identify him.  Voegel decided to keep walking.  At this point, the officers, tried to place him in handcuffs, and that's when all hell breaks out.  You can hear one officer asking him "You wanna fight?", along with a barrage of foul language.

Looking at the video several times, I can't help but question why this escalated to this level.

However, I'll let you be the judge of that.  Again, WARNING:  Profanity.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
