More Than a Tour: 2026 Spring Parade of Homes Celebrates Decades of Vision

Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association has done it again! They are showcasing 37 gorgeous homes with unique styles, thoughtful layouts, and the latest trends in interior and exterior designs.

In its 34th year of celebrating local builders' craftsmanship and innovation, the association is presenting the Annual Spring Showcase of Homes from Thursday, May 14, through Sunday, May 17. You can purchase the $10 ticket at any participating home (cash or Venmo), and one ticket allows you to visit homes all four days. Children 18 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

It's a great opportunity for anyone who is currently building a home, planning for the future, or just looking for ideas. It's often hard to visualize a floor plan or a design product just by looking at images on a screen, so this is a chance to experience local builders' work firsthand in Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln.
