Did you know that a radio station is up for sale in Bismarck-Mandan?

Have you ever wanted to own one before? I know what you're thinking, I'll be able to play any song I want on the station, endless amounts of groupies will be in the lobby just waiting to catch a glimpse of the DJ, and you will have free concert tickets coming out of your you know what.

Home to our very own US 103-3 (KUSB-FM), Hot 97-5 (KKCT-FM), Cool 98.7 (KACL-FM), 96.5 The Walleye (KBYZ-FM), and Super Talk 1270 (KLXX-AM).

If this building could talk, believe me, it has a story or two to tell. Some who work here believe the building is haunted. We've even had a medium or two come through the building, say the same thing. Don't let that scare you away. I've been working here for 6 plus years, with a lot of early mornings and late evenings, and I have never seen or witnessed anything malevolent.

This radio station building is for sale because our Townsquare Media stations will be moving to our new home at 2401 46th Ave Southeast in Mandan (across from Raging Rivers Waterpark).

That will be a huge upgrade for our radio stations, but that doesn't mean this building might not be the right fit for some businesses. The location alone is a draw with its high-visibility location (4303 Memorial Highway). Don't let a little road construction scare you away.
