Did you know that Apple Creek Elementary School was around the time that the city of Bismarck, ND came into existence? According to Apple Creek's website, the school district was organized in 1878 and the district had three schools. Apple Creek Elementary School is the only one still in existence. According to Google the city of Bismarck, ND was incorporated on January 14, 1875. This is crazy to have a school district that old.

Apple Creek Elementary School has been around for many years and has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. I actually went to Apple Creek from kindergarten to sixth-grade. It was an honor to go to that school, I graduated with six students in my sixth-grade class. The school has seen a lot of changes over the years growing from one portable to two. They now have a local business catering meals out there. When I went to school, we had to bring lunch every day from home.

Apple Creek Elementary School is located out in the country at 2000 93rd Street Se, Bismarck, ND 58504. If you haven't been out there, I encourage you to drive by and see it. It's a huge part of local area history. It was a great place to go to school also. I hope that they are able to continue having classes and being a school district for many generations to come. Have you ever been to Apple Creek  Elementary School?
