Biggest Concert Ever Coming To Red River Valley West Fargo?

A Facebook post from the Red River Valley Fair in West Fargo, North Dakota was promising the biggest concert ever will be coming to the fair this summer. The post was put up on Facebook Sunday morning and said this concert announcement would make history. Pretty bold comment. It said to check back at 9 am on the Red River Valley Fair Facebook page to see who it might be. Here's the post on Facebook from Sunday.

The only clue I saw from this post was the cutout character appears to have a cowboy hat on. So, I'm guessing a country show? That's what most of the fans of the Red River Valley Fair were guessing in the comments. Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, and a host of other guesses.
