A traffic stop in Mandan late Monday night (9/18) had the Morton County Sheriff's Department seizing 2 pounds of marijuana.
According to the Bismarck Tribune, Sheriff Deputies stopped Noclaas Seybold from Colorado for speeding and weaving in Mandan. Seybold informed the deputy he and his girlfriend were driving to Mandan from Aurora, Colo., and seemed to be tired from the 10 hour drive. According to reports, Seybold was very cooperative with officers.
A K9 was called to the scene and subsequently found 2 pounds of weed, control substances and drug paraphernalia.
The two were allowed to continue to their destination on foot with their two puppies. Once the K9 sniffed the drugs, the driver was called back to the scene and, was booked on various charges.
