6 Things North Dakota Drivers Do That Annoy People

I don't know about you, but my love for driving has been waning over the years. Put me on Washington Street at 5 pm and I'll immediately get into a sour mood. -- If you want to see bad driving, that's where you need to go. You'll see it all in a matter of 30 seconds.

Why Though?

Is it just me or is our driving getting worse? People are running red lights, and completely disregarding other traffic laws and it's getting out of hand.

I'm sure I missed a few annoying things, but these are the big ones.

Roads To Avoid In Bismarck

If you are new to Bismarck and need a little help figuring out how to get around, I've got you. Here are a couple roads I'd avoid if I were you.

1. Washington - North or South, if you want to get across town, find another way. You will hit 12 lights and be driving bumper to bumper. It's awful.

2. Century - Century is generally fine, but try going West at 3 o'clock on a weekday and you will regret it. When school lets out that roads comes to a standstill. If you have somewhere to be, I'd avoid this one.

3. Expressway - Now, there are times when this road is unavoidable, but if you can avoid it, I would. People drive like lunatics on this road. Not only that, if you're trying to turn left on this road, good luck -- your chances of getting across are as good as that little frog's in "Frogger." That's not to mention the constant construction. You've been warned.
