Slowly but surely the spring and summer concert calendar is starting to fill up in North Dakota.

North Dakota Country Fest is set, The Red River Valley Fair shows, casino concerts, and other assorted spring/summer concerts have all been announced.

About the only thing missing is a concert in Bismarck.

Throat clear a couple of times. SFX.  We are so due for a concert in Bismarck.  Yes, we had a show with Chris Janson back in January, but they have been few and far between the last few years.

COVID-19 obviously had a lot to do with that but hopefully, the Bismarck Event Center can get back into the conversation with some of the bigger country tours in the near future.

Happy Harry's Ribfest just released 3 of their 4 show dates in Fargo today.

If you have never been to Happy Harry's Ribfest before, which is held in the Fargodome parking lot each year is a "finger-licking" good time.  Just don't wear a "white" t-shirt to the event.  Unless you are a far cleaner eater than myself.

2 of the 3 shows announced today are country shows.  One of them, I'm especially interested in seeing.  Parmalee will kick off the Happy Harry's Ribfest on Wednesday, June 7th.  That will be followed by somebody I've never seen before Jimmy Allen on June 8th.  Rocker's Fuel will hit the stage on June 9th.  One more show will be announced for Saturday, June 10th.

Stand by for that right here.
