UTICA, N.Y. (AP) — A federal judge has ruled that a lawsuit against NASCAR driver Tony Stewart over the death of a driver he ran over during a race will remain in central New York.
NASCAR driver Tony Stewart hit and killed another driver during an Empire Super Sprint car race at the Canandaigua Motorsports Park, according to local officials. Tony Stewart will not race in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Watkins Glen International.
