BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The Natural Resources Conservation Service is defending its use of Ducks Unlimited staff in North Dakota, saying the partnership aids the agency, taxpayers and landowners.
Children 16 and under are invited to join Ducks Unlimited for a free youth waterfowl hunting clinic on Friday, Aug. 16, at 8:30 a.m. This is the sixth year for the event, and children who have been waterfowl hunting are encouraged to bring a friend who has not.
